Q&A Time! 💬✨

Q: Hi Steve,I enjoyed learning more about HapNav! I noticed you’re still using Voyant alongside it. What’s stopping you from fully switching over? 🤔Curious minds want to know! 😊

  • Judith

A: Hi Judith,Great question! 😊 HapNav is a bit of a playful tool for our clients – it lets them step into the shoes of a financial planner and answer their big questions. They really enjoy it, especially since it's free to use! 🎉

However, as you saw in the demo, it’s not always perfect and doesn’t quite follow every instruction as smoothly as I’d like. That’s why, when a client prefers me to handle things for them, I turn to Voyant for that extra layer of precision and support. 💼

There’s a saying (borrowed from the NHS, but I’ve swapped "health" for "wealth"):“90% of people, 90% of the time, can manage their wealth with the right support. But in times of stress or change, one-to-one help is needed.”That sums up the approach here:

  • HapNav is ideal for those who prefer a ‘done by you’ or ‘with you’ service.

  • Voyant steps in for those looking for a ‘done for you’ service. 🧑‍🤝‍🧑💡

As we continue to develop HapNav, with more users and investment, I expect it’ll eventually replace Voyant – but we’re not quite there yet! 🚀

Hope that helps clear things up! 👍

Kind regards,

Steve 🌱
